As a diehard fan of Manchester United Football Club, Nana Aba Anamoah caused one of the biggest scandals ever on Twitter by ‘innocently’ photo-shopping an image of Old Trafford stadium filled with Manchester United fans that made it look as though she was really at the stadium to support her team when it wasn’t so.

Her employer then, the TV3 Network owned by Media General, who felt embarrassed by her act, released a press statement on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015, suspending her until further notice.

The press release partly read:

“After preliminary investigations internally, and in accordance with TV3’s own commitment to the highest level of professionalism, Management has decided to take Nana Aba Anamoah off air until further notice.”

The host of ‘Da Divas’ show later apologized and said it was just a prank.

However, Nana Aba Anamoah who was bent on shaming all her critics, personally paid a visit to the Old Trafford on Sunday October 25th, 2015, to witness the Manchester derby (Manchester United vs Manchester City) which ended in a goalless draw game.
